Rich and luscious flavors of dried cherry, cranberry, with hints of strawberry and white pepper are present in this full-bodied Pinot Noir. The grapes are from the Anderson Valley, which is famous for its perfect Pinot Noir terroir. Fermented with native yeast and unfiltered, this Pinot Noir pairs beautifully with salmon, fowl and pork.
